EXPERIENCE

The hotel was audited in order to measure its environmental impact as part of the environmental display system for the hotel industry deployed by ADEME and the Ministry of Ecological Transition. Accompanied by Betterfly Tourism, a publisher of solutions adapted to tourism players who wish to make a concrete commitment to sustainable development, the score was qualified on the basis of 4 indicators:

- CO2 emission per customer

- Water consumption per customer

- Energy consumption per customer

- The share of organic or eco-labeled purchases

Neva Cuisine is a gourmet restaurant located only 2 minutes from the hotel. Despite its name "Neva" which comes from a Russian river, this restaurant has nothing Russian about it. The chief: Beatriz Gonzalez, Mexican by birth.

Its main dish: the sweetbread, which changes with the seasons

About 10 minutes by foot from the hotel, you will find the famous Casino de Paris. This mythical venue was, is, and will remain a star of colourful shows, but also and above all of music hall. As an historic Parisian auditorium, it hosted and launched the Greatest of Music.
